Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Shipping Times

  • U.S. & Canada: Standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • International Orders: Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.

Orders under $50 are subject to standard shipping rates, which are calculated at checkout.

Shipping Address

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure that your shipping details are correct before placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Zoomiko is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@zoomiko.shop.

Tracking & Delivery

All orders include tracking. If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive in more than one package. This is normal and does not affect your total delivery time.

An order is considered lost only if it has not been delivered within 6 weeks of shipment. If you believe your order may be lost, please contact our support team and we will assist you.
