Exchanges & Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something doesn’t work out, we accept returns or exchanges for the same item within 14 days of delivery, as confirmed by the shipping carrier.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
-The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
-The item must be in its original packaging
-Proof of purchase is required

Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure your shipping details are correct before placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@zoomiko.shop.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive in more than one package. This is normal. Please use your tracking information to monitor delivery progress.
Orders are considered lost only if they have not been delivered 6 weeks after shipment. If you believe your order is missing, contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
Order Cancellation

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@zoomiko.shop
with clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
International Orders
At this time, free standard shipping applies only to U.S. orders.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authorities.
